So lets go over a few quick things, first off, football should be year round and I should have more channels to watch the games on. Also Hockey should be televised more on channels not known as VS with commentators that actually know what is going on.
Ok now that I’ve said the obvious I feel the need to explain how movies work. There are roughly 4 maybe 5 categories of movie grading that everyone should understand and accept to be true. Those are: Great, Good, Eh, Bad, Kill the creator and everyone associated.
Elaborating on those the first is unattainable by 98% of movies created. To be a “Great” movie it needs to have everything from phenomenal acting, story, directing, editing, and music. Missing any of those disqualifies it from being Great end of story. There are a lot of movies that can fall into the “Good” Category. A Good movie should have 3 of those 5 qualities that would make it Great. And depending on outstanding overachievement in acting alone needs at least 3 to be good. There are a few movies that fail at direction, edting, and music but are still good because of how well they are acted or how greatly written the story is, and example is “I Am Legend” starring Will Smith. He carries the movie mostly because he’s alone but his emotional range and interpretation of being alone was nothing short of epic. The story was dated, the direction was solid but nothing amazing and the editing/music were average at best. But Will Smith is golden.
After those two categories things can go down hill fast especially with the “Eh” movies. These are movies that under normal circumstances would be considered forgettable or even bad. But throw something like…alcohol into the equation or the presence of a hot girl who wants to see it is watchable. There are also known as chick flicks or b-rated movies. Then there are the “BAD” movies, and not the Michael Jackson fighting darker than him gangsters bad. These are the movies I wouldn’t even spend the bandwidth of a free wifi on downloading. They have bad acting, no story or direction and were made using windows movie maker on windows ME. Terribly placed music that doesn’t fit whats going on in a scene and a general wonder of why it was funded in the first place.
There it’s the “Kill the person who made this and everyone associated with it” movies, which infuriate me so much I feel that I must find the person to blame for this movie and shank him in front of a bunch of children who have terminal diseases. There was no reason for these movies and after it was done being made should have been burned and everyone who helped it should pay anyone who even heard about the movie whatever they made while making the movie. There are not to many of these movies, since some movies that are so terrible they become funny do not count in this category. There movies are just completely uncalled for and retared, such as House of 1000 corpses. There was no reason for the movie, the acting was terrible, the story was idiotic and it was completely random and unable to be understood. It was like watching a decapitation by a terrorist on a child, its just not something anyone wants to see nor should they be asked to under any circumstances. If you liked this movie, or those like it, you should shoot yourself but not till you kill everyone associated with the movie first.
I’m sure some people will disagree with me, but they are wrong. I’m unbiased in my movie watching, I can accept a movie being good or even great if I don’t like it or being bad if I do like it. I call them how they actually are. It’s called the truth, if you don’t like it you’re probably an idiot and can’t even read this to begin with.
That’s movies in a nutshell. I’ll be making a list sometime soon as to some movies that fall under these categories when I’m less lazy.
